| About the eForum |
The eForum has been developed from the LDC which was running between 2007 and 2009. The LDC was a joint venture between the South West and West Midlands Regional partnerships and Government Offices and focused specifically on providing support to all those working (or living) with children/young people with ASD and/or BESD.
In Summer 2009 the West Midlands Children and Young People's Forum agreed to take forward the community to assist in tackling regional issues concerning improvement and efficiency. The Children and Young People's Forum is a regional strategic partnership made up of four key partners:
- Association of Directors of Children's Services
- Government Office for the West Midlands
- Improvement and Efficiency West Midlands
- West Midlands Strategic Health Authority

The eForum will now be rolled out to existing new and regional networks who will use the website to network and share information and expertise.
